TERM NO.1

APPLICATION OF TARRIF, FARES AND CHARGES

(a) FARE FOR FIRST AND ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS : The fares in this Tariff represent authorized fares for a single adult passenger only. Additional passengers travelling together will pay : $10.00 per person if the first passenger fare is $15.00 or less; $15.00 per person if the first passenger fare is more than $15.00.

TERM NO.2

ADVANCE NOTIFICATION

A minimum of four (4) hours advance notice is required by telephone to guarantee daily pick-up except on major holidays and on such days, a minimum 24 hours advance reservations will be required.

TERM NO.3

MAXIMUM STOPS

Two (2) , subject to airport rules and regulations.

TERM NO.4

SENIOR CITIZENS, CHILDREN, HANDICAPPED FARES

Senior citizens (65 years of age or older), Children (13 to 15), and the Physically Handicapped will get a 10% discount from the regular adult fare. Children 5 to 12 years of age will pay one-half (1/2) the regular adult fare. Children under 5 years of age will travel free of charge. All children 12 years of age of younger must be accompanied by an adult. The applicable adult fares and charges are described in Online Reservation.

TERM NO.5

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS

Top

This career reserves the right to refuse to transport any persons having in his or her possession explosive, inflammable or other unsafe or objectionable objects of materials, or under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, or any one incapable of taking ordinary care of himself or herself, or one whose behavior is such as to be objectionable to passengers or prospective passengers. If such a person endeavors to use his or her transportation same will be taken up and refund made in accordance with theTerm No.6.

TERM NO.7

BAGGAGE

(a) Hand baggage not exceeding fifty (50) pounds in weight for each adult fare, and not exceeding twenty-five (25) pounds in weight for each half fare, will be carried free. (b) Baggage in excess of 2 will be carried for a minimum charge as follows : Boxes, Foot Lockers and Golf Bags or enclosed with clubs hooded $10.00 each Pets in travel containers $10.00 each Skies and poles, wrapped or tied $10.00 each Surfboards $10.00 each

TERM NO.8

MISCELLANEOUS RULES AND REGULATIONS

(a) Dogs, Cats, birds or other animals will not be carried except as provided herein below: A dog trained for the purpose of accompanying a blind person (paying full fare) not accompanied by a seeing attendant, will be carried free of charge. Such dog must be properly harnessed and muzzled, and must lie or stand at the feet of the blind person. (b) This company will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the roads, or the other causes beyond its control, and it does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a special time. (c) If an Act of God, public enemies, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards of danger incidents to a state of war, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, snow storms and other conditions beyond its control make it, in the opinion of the carrier, inadvisable to operate equipment (vans or vehicles) either from the place of origin or any point on route, the carrier shall not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.

TERM NO.9

SMOKING

Under no conditions will smoking be allowed in the vehicles.

TERM NO.10

COMPLAINT FILING PROCEDURES

To file a complaint regarding this carrier's service must be submitted in writing to : NEW EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION, LLC ATTN : Manjit Singh, Member / Manager 416 Brookhaven Circle Corona, CA 92879 The carried will respond in writing to all such complaints within 15 days of receipts of the complaint.
